Derelek DDT2000

Hi to everyone.


I have a derelek interface and i have a question and a problem in the same time, maybe some one have any idea about that.

The problem it's about database, i tried with different versions but every time i have the same problem, majority of computers are not complete identified and i can't access and make any change on them.
Any idea what can be the cause of this problem ?
