VAG PCR2.1

Hello,

To cut long story short.
I have customer's car with faulty ECU.
Seat franchise dealer wants £1400 to supply and fit new ECU.
I can get used ECU with same numbers.
Is there anybody in UK who can code this ECU or direct me to the correct hardware/software.
