Mercedes c220 blutec ORI FILE

hi huys im in a bit of a pickle here a customer came in with his 2011 Mercedes C220 Sport Cdi Blueeffi-Cy 170bhp and its had previous work.
the dtc table is messed up and i cant find the original file??
it goes into limp mode and no dtc's when read with xentry.
