Audi A4 2003 replace RB4 with RB8

Hello there,

I want to adapt an used RB8 cluster instead of RB4 instrument cluster.
Can somebody explain me the procedure for this change.
I mention that i have VCDS, FVDI and CarPRog.


It is possible to read the EEPROM file and transfer it from RB4 to RB8? it will work?
