IMMO OFF Renault Megane ECU S3000

Hello,

i have Renault Megane with card key. Car sometimes start sometimes not.
ECU with 3 Plugs is in CAR. Inside is EERPOM 95160.
Does someone knows IMMO OFF solution or solution with Emulator?
I would pay 50€ for working solution.
