DODGE CHARGER STRANGE EZS WITH NEC MCU

Hello

I have 2009 dodge charger EZS with NEC MCU. i have done plenty of EZS which has 24c16 or 93c86 or 9s12 and made keys. however i am witnessing nec mcu first time

Is there any way to read it?

I cant program keys via obd since it fails to read pincode and program the key
