How to immo off MSA15.5 / Siemens immo1 5wk4

Hi guys i need immo off on a toledo 1.9 tdi from 1998.
It has Msa15.5 Ecu and siemens 5wk4 678 1h0 953 257 immo 1 box.
My question is, should i do it through epprom 24xc02 in ecu? With EZP2019 Spi usb programmer?
Or could be better through MC68HC05 inside siemens immo box?
