Mercedes Sprinter Key generate

Hy friends,

I need some help with this sprinter , 2008 , key is shown when is inserted , power to coil is transmitted but none of the original 2 keys is not turning ignition on .
Remote works good on both keys but no ignition.

I need to generate keys or maybe some error in this eeprom ?
