Opel Combo 2002 1.7 DI ecu Delco 12214089 DNBC does not start ecu eeprom damaged

Hi

I have Opel Combo from 2002 year 1.7 DI engine with hybrid ecu Delphi Delco with this label on ecu: 8973003271 12214089 DNBC. Car does not start. I have read this dtc with Opcom:

Total number of fault codes: 2

P0602 - Control Module Programming Error
(00) - Present

P1610 - Immobiliser Function not Programmed
(00) - Present

Next I have read ecu on bench with Carprog and I got this data:
