Citroen c4 picasso hdi egr issue

Hello.
I have got big problem with Citroen c4 picasso hdi 2008
Faults code:
p0409 electric egr valve position copy signal:valve stuck during programming
p0490 electric egr valve position copy signal:valve opening too small
p1459 electric egr valve position copy signal:valve stuck when driving
I have adapted egr /changed egr /check wirings /changed engine ecu /glow plugs changed
Can someone help
