BMW M3 MSS4 EWS synch

Hello,

Please help me sync this files on a E46 M3. It is a EWS 3.3 tried to match the ECU with ICOM but it wont start comes up with EWS tempering fault.
The original ecu is missing been fried apparently but i have never seen it. It is a siemens mss54 ecu
