2011 vauxhall vivaro add key.....but hazards not working....any ideas

Any ideas much appreciated

Got a Vaux / opel vivaro 2011 to add a key to, but hazards work intermittently and aren't working at all at the moment, any solutions to add a key via obd?

got smart pro, autel, key tool plus, can i short across any obd pins?
