Audi A5 mileage change

Hi mates,
trying to change a A5 2012 with original Smelecom VAG but don't get true.
Tool showing the old mileage and after it finish it saying "switch of ignition for 5 sec and put back on".
Tool saying success but KM not changed
Did 2011 A4 and 2013Q5 no problem but this on is pressure.
Any suggestions???
