Opel Cd30 Mp3 Display Safe Help

I have an Opel Combo C vehicle. The radio broke down, so I installed another Corsa D disassembled CD30 radio into the vehicle. The radio works, but it says display safe on the screen. How can I solve it? I read and added my 24c32 eprom.


My car's security code is 0046. I don't know the radio's code.
