BMW E46 330D with 204PS

Hello,
I have a BMW 330d with 204 hp and manual transmission. I would like to have 290PS, AGR off and swirl flaps off ... is this possible in this model?
Would be really great if someone expert in this Forum can do that. Are really a great forum have days me logged again for a couple and would now also be more active in the Forum. Sorry for my Englisch.
