Renault Laguna 3 virgin UCH

Hi guys,
I accidently virginised my UCH and now I can't program keys back on or find any logs.
I am a complete noob at this and all I have is Renolink. Can anyone give me step by step on how to reprogram this or how to get the ISK and PIN.
