Tools recommendations

I'm looking into buying a tool that can do multiple types of ECU's.


Mostly diesels basically, for DPF/EGR OFF and more.


I have a budget of 1k ish.


I'm not doing this everyday, so I can't really spend the 5k for AT/Flex and similar.


I was looking at KT200ii + KT200Plus package.


Or the 16PIN.ru KESS+KTAG package, but that is 1500 + taxes, shipping and customs, so might be outside
