clone audi q7 ecu OTP area help

can anyone edit the eeprom and flash i hear can done by patching as OTP is slightly different original ecu im trying ill attach file flash and eeprom for both orignal ecu and donor ecu

ecu original is audi 2008 q7 3.0 tdi

donor ecu edc17p04
audi a5 3.0 tdi

so ecu is pretty close slight differences

ill also attach the read after i flash the donor ecu with original you can the OTP dif
