Error code?

Recently I get this code when starting my Openbox. It goes through the loading of channels up to L100, then if shows something like SEPE then stops at 0033.
So for some reason I can no longer get my satellite channels. I tried to check how to do a factory reset but without the ability to get the menu on the TV I am stuck.
Any help please?
