Renault megane 1999 1.6 16V imo off

Hello everyone.
I have a Renault Megan with AC and I need to do immo-off.
I read the flash AM29F200BB with KTAG-boot.
I have an immo off file, but writing it gives me a checksum error.
Can someone make me immo with my file?
