VW immo data

Hi there, I have dead cluster 3B0920829 and used cluster 3B0920825, when try adaptation to ECU immo on channel 50 it says System NOT OK. On channel 023 Immobillizer status is 6. Is there any info how can I set it to 4. I can download eeprom data from old cluster, where can I find immo id, skc, vin and all the data to transfer it to new cluster.
