Engine Swap from 118 to 135 msd81.2 to msd80

hi guys,
my Problem is i make a engine swap from 118 to 135 now is a isn conflikt.
what is the best way to fix my Problem ?
i buy a BMW Explorer from China because it dont runs.. so i send it back and wait for a new.
now i have only BMW Programs can i fix it with this Tools ?
i have cas and key from the old engine and from the new only the cas and the MSD81
