Combo 1.3 Cdti erratic idle

Parts changed with NO results:
Air mass meter
Turbocharger pressure sensor
HP fuel pump
Rail Pressure sensor
Fuel filter
EGR

EGR was responsable for erratic engine behaviour at 1300 rpm.
Still having problem at idle.

NO DTC after EGR has been changed. Still shaking idle, SOMETIMES, ESPECIALLY cold engine.
